1. What this app does

AutoPoster helps Amazon affiliate marketers turn product links into ready-to-publish social media posts, and — with the account owner's permission — publish those posts to Facebook Pages and Pinterest boards that the owner connects.

2. Information we collect

• Your account email address, used for login (via Supabase Authentication).
• Amazon product links you submit, and product details (title, price, image) we retrieve for them.
• Access tokens for any Facebook Page or Pinterest account you choose to connect, so we can publish posts on your behalf. We only request the minimum permissions needed to list your Pages/boards and create posts.
• Basic usage data such as post status, scheduling times, and link click counts, so you can see performance in your dashboard.

3. How we use your information

We use your information only to operate the app: generating captions, publishing posts to platforms you've connected, and showing you analytics about your own posts. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your connected accounts for any purpose other than the actions you initiate inside the AutoPoster dashboard.

4. Third-party services we use

• Supabase — authentication and database storage.
• OpenAI — generating post captions from product details.
• Meta (Facebook) Graph API — publishing posts to Pages you connect.
• Pinterest API — publishing Pins to boards you connect.
• Amazon Product Advertising API (optional, if you provide your own credentials) — retrieving official product data.

5. Data storage & security

Access tokens and API credentials you provide are encrypted before being stored. Access to your data is restricted to your own account.

6. Disconnecting & deleting data

You can disconnect your Facebook or Pinterest account at any time from within the app, which removes the stored access token immediately. To request full account deletion, contact us using the details below.
